Admin users can now make reports subscribable. This lets Users with access to a report schedule report can allow Users to set a scheduling task for their generated report updates to be emailed to themselves and other select Usersselected recipients. |
Report Subscription lets users create and manage subscriptions to reports they have customised and generated through the Report Generator. Reports can be set to automatically rerun and emailed to select users Admin can enable Report Subscription to allow certain Users (Role-based) to schedule subscription tasks for their generated reports. During the subscription period, the report will automatically be rerun and emailed to added recipients on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. Since users Recipients are selected added by email address , you can create subscribable reports that target customers, e.g., to update them with paid/unpaid invoices. A User in control of a report can also edit, view, pause and cancel subscriptions as needed and and keep track of reports sent through the subscription log.and are therefore not limited to staff or website users. A subscription can be edited, viewed, paused or cancelled by the User. Subscriptions are trackable via the subscription log.

- The Report Subscription feature is only available if Report Generator is in use. See Generate Reports for more details.
- For a generated report to be subscribable, the original report on which it is based must have been flagged as subscribable in Report Design.
