Most site administrators will already receive an 'Order Placed' email which is generated when the order has been submitted online. Receiving a copy of the 'Order Confirmation' email is a popular option because the template contains information such as the ' Debtor Code ' and 'PRONTO ERP Sales Order Number'.
E.G.The specified email address will receive a carbon copy of the order confirmation email template from users that have the CSSUSER role. The specified user or users will receive a 'carbon copy' (CC) of the order confirmation email template. confirmation copy is enabled at the Role level.

Step-by-step guide
To enable Order Confirmation Email Copies:
- Log in to your site using the administrator roleFrom the 'Accounts' menu, select 'Role Management'as an Administrator.
- Go to Accounts → Role Management (zRoles.aspx).
- Select the role that you require
- You can also search for a role if they not all displayed on the first page
Once selected, you will be presented with a list of details about the role. - Then 'Modify' the role details by selecting the 'Modify' button at the top of the page
You can then enter required role via radio button; the Role Details tab will load.
- Click Modify.
- Enter an email address into the 'CC Order Confirmation Email' field.
- If multiple email addresses are required
to be entered, they are to be separated by a semi-colon - When you have finished entering the email address, select 'OK' at the top of the page
- If you make a mistake, you can select 'Cancel' which will cancel your any changes you have made
- Your changes have now been applied
