Remove a user from the database completely. |
Overview
On occasion, Administrators may want to remove a user from the database completely. In this case, you can delete the user from applicationThis is done either in Website User Maintenance in the CMS or on the website in User Maintenance. Users with active orders cannot be deleted.

Delete a user in User Maintenance
...
- Login as an Administrator
- From the 'User Maintenance Page', use the search bar above the grid containing the users As Website Administrator, go to Accounts → User Maintenance (zUsers.aspx).
- Use the Search tool to find the user to deleteaccount.
.- Select Click the user's record from the grid.
- Click on Delete which is located below the grid containing the users.
- When asked to confirm the deletion of the user, click on Yes to delete the user or No to leave the user as is.

There is a system setting to toggle whether a confirmation is displayed when deleting a user. The setting is called 'Show Confirm On Grid Delete/Remove' and is found under the General Tab in System Settings. |

To confirm deletion, click Yes.
Info A user with active orders cannot be deleted. To check active orders, go to Order Tracking for the user and check for active orders submitted by the user.
