Clear the price cache (for sites not using Live Pricing). |
Overview
For sites not using Live Pricing, it is important to note that Customer Self Service caches the calculated pricing that is calculated for a customer and a product in order to improve the overall performance of the site.
The cache time defaults to 30 minutes. Follow this process if you need While prices are generally only cached for 1 hour, flushing this data is quite simple. Follow the process below to clear the price cache to and ensure prices displayed are based on the latest integrated data.
Step-by-step guide
To Reset the Price Cache:

- Login as an Administrator.
- Navigate to 'Preferences' --> 'System Preferences' (zPrefs.aspx)In the CMS, go to Settings → Cache Management.
- Click the 'Tools' tab.
- On the 'Pricing Matrix' tab, click the 'Clear Pricing Data' button.
- Clear Cache' option for the Price Cache.
- A confirmation will display. The price cache has now been reset for all users.
