Web site administrators might need to remove a user from the database completely. In this case, you can delete the user from application.
Step-by-step guide
To Delete a User
- From the 'User Maintenance Page', use the search bar above the grid containing the users to find the user to delete.
- Select the user's record from the grid.
- Click on Delete which is located below the grid containing the users.
- When asked to confirm the deletion of the user, click on Yes to delete the user or No to leave the user as is.
Good to Know:
- There is a system setting to toggle whether a confirmation is displayed when deleting a user. The setting is called 'Show Confirm On Grid Delete/Remove' and is found under the General Tab in System Settings.
