- Login as administrator
- Go to "Accounts" and then "Role Management"
- Select the role you wish to maintain.
- Select the "Functions" tab
- Modify the table and select the flag "Enable Order Entry by Stock Code" to turn the functionality ON or OFF

If either the Role Setting or the Global Setting is set to Yes, then the order lines will appear. Therefore, if you only want to turn off for one role, you would need to turn off at a global level and then turn on at the required role levels apart from the role that you want it off for. |
