Customer Self Service Caches the pricing that is calculated for a customer and a product in order to improve the overall performance of the site.

The cache time defaults to 30 minutes. Use this procedure if you need to clear the cache price ensure prices displayed are based on the latest integrated pricing data.

Step-by-step guide

To Reset the Price Cache:

  1. Login as an administrator
  2. Go to the "Preferences" page
  3. Select the "Tools" tab
  4. On the "Pricing Matrix" tab, click the "Clear Pricing Data" button
