Persistent validation message

In some instances, the validation error that appeared when Delivery Address fields were blank would not clear once said fields were populated. On continuing to the next page of checkout, the message would persist until the user deliberately clicked 'Confirm'. This has now been fixed and the message will clear independently when the page reloads.
