Click and Collect - Store/warehouse locations enhancement

Click and collect locations have been enhanced so that delivery locations can include distribution warehouses in addition to stores and store warehouses. This flexibility caters for businesses with distribution warehouses in a particular area and want to specify order dispatch from such locations.
