A new feature has been added to the maintenance screen for Custom Widgets in the CMS. You can now see whether a custom widget is currently in use on your site, and if so, where.


How it works

The 'In Use?' column shows an indicator when a widget is being used, as well as a count for the number of placements. 



If you hover over the Options button, you'll see a 'Where it's used' link.  Select this option to see a list of templates the widget is on.

Template and widget names are hyperlinked, so you can quickly navigate to the exact widget placement.
You can also see at a glance whether the widget is active, via the Enabled / Disabled indicator.
