New options for configuring Checkout Address widgets

New options have been added to the Checkout Address B2B and B2C widgets. For both widgets, there is now the option to display 'Authority to Leave' above the Delivery Instruction section (default placement is below). For the B2C widget, there is also the option to expand/display the Delivery Address section by default.
